Established the 20 May 2017 by president and founder Candice Sobotker Van der Rheede after the gruesome discovery of the late Courtney Pieters.
The unit consist of members with over 10 years of crimefighting experience and who are committed to improving conditions in all areas. We do not only reunite families but also assist in the rehabilitation of our people.
When the founder of the Western Cape Missing Person's Unit approached GENO - the organisation needed assistance reporting mssing people using a web portal.
As part of our ongoing GENO CSI initiative, we asisisted the organisation with this request.
In the end after weeks sitting down and listening to the WCMPU - GENO endeavoured on this heartfelt journey and in the end assisted the organisation reach its objectives by enabling the general public report missing people on the portal and update the public on any recent developmenmts - regards ongoing cases.
